"Really smooth booking and pickup"
I used Kendall Cars just last week, so it’s still fresh in my mind, and overall it was a good experience. Booking online was simple, the confirmation email came through quickly, and the price was clear from the start. Picking the car up was easy too, the staff checked my licence, ran through the basics, and didn’t drag it out. The car was ready on time and was clean enough. The only minor downside was a bit of a queue at the desk, but since everything else went smoothly, I’d happily use them again

I went with Kendall Cars after checking a few other options, mainly because the price looked fair upfront. What I appreciated most was that the amount I saw when booking was actually what I paid, with no random extras tacked on at the end.

The car was clean, easy to use, and got me where I needed to go without any hassle. Based on the whole experience, it felt like good value for the money, and I’d be happy to book with them again

I called up about my booking it was much smoother than I expected. The staff were friendly, got everything sorted quickly, and didn’t make it feel like a hassle. For me, that kind of straightforward service makes a big difference, so I’d be happy to use them again.

"I paid the deposit when I booked, and..."
I paid the deposit when I booked, and I was a tiny bit worried about how long it might take to come back, because you never really know with these things. But it was refunded a few days after I returned everything. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, not ages or anything, just enough that I was checking my account like, okay, where is it. But I didn’t have to chase anyone or send messages, which was nice. Overall, straightforward and fine.

"Damage charge felt unfair"
I thought the insurance would cover more but it barely helped and I still got charged for the damage. It just felt unfair honestly.
